"We are pleased to announce the publication of the third issue of The Silk Road, the newsletter of the Silkroad Foundation (www.silkroadfoundation.org). You may find this number (vol. 2, no. 1), along with the first two issues, on-line at [the URL below]
The latest issue contains a variety of articles--on archaeology, art history, cities and ethnography. Also, you will find in it some guidelines for contributors. We are always interested in submissions for future issues; our current publication schedule is twice a year. Special thanks go to Michael Hewson for designing the on-line version. - dw."
